    The Nikkor F-mount 14-24mm f/2.8G ED had been my favourite ultra wide angle zoom lens for a while now ! it has brilliant performance but the main drawbacks are : 1. the size & weight - 1kg and 5.2 inches in height 2. attaching filters required niche filter holders like my NiSi S5 system & large 150mm filters Though I had been using the Nikkor 14-24mm on my mirrorless Nikon Z 6 , it just did not make too much sense in terms of size , weight and the overall balance of the entir

    Hi everyone, I was conducting a Low Light / Night Photography workshop last night for Nikon participants. We were photographing the Marina Bay Sands skyline during blue hour. I took 2 shots using JPEG FINE* format as I wanted to get an impression of how good the Z6's JPEG performance was with a straight forward hand-held shot.     I am going to share on how I am using the new Nikon Z6 & also my first impressions of the Nikkor Z 50mm F/1.8S All the images share were JPEGS and were NOT Post processed in any way. They were not cropped, edited or sharpened at all.
